As we all know, ink comes in many colors. What kind of person writes blue ink in a diary? Maybe a tomboyish girl or a girl who only has blue pens or something. Or a guy with blue pens.
I think I liked playing with multiple meaning here again. There's of course the thought that tears can be blue. Or the tears pulling blue ink down the page. Or both. Or more?

I like the way you have described this in the way it focuses quite heavily on the colour of things so that we get more of a sense of what is actually happening here.
It's as if the tears are reluctant in being brought to the surface because of the way they are 'dragged' down... and the blue makes me think of ink, blue ink and such.
Good use of alliteration and well portrayed overall.
